Description:

Global Leader in Seating is seeking a Maintenance Tech for their state of the art facility in Clinton Township. Maintenance Lead will lead maintenance team with a knowledge of maintenance tracking and work order systems.

Shift: 6am -4pm
Pay Rate:$25-$32 an hour based off Experience

Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Tech:
  1. Performs maintenance work on plant equipment as assigned.
  2. Installation of equipment in compliance with OSHA regulations
  3. Possess other general maintenance skills.
  4. Maintain work areas to housekeeping standards
  5. Performs other assignments as required by Maintenance Supervision or equivalent
  6. Participates in the Health, Safety and Environmental program by following all policies, procedures and work instructions that may include safety rules, safety audits, regulatory compliance, environmental awareness and audits, and continuous improvement.
  7. PLC Programming and troubleshooting experience.
  8. Robotic experience – operating, programming, troubleshooting is a plus
  9. Hydraulic system function, maintenance and troubleshooting to include valves, accumulators, cylinders and pressure switches is a plus.
  10. Pneumatic system function, maintenance and troubleshooting to include valves, accumulators, cylinders, and pressure switches.
  11. Experience with industrial air compressors, chillers, and HVAC a plus.
  12. Industrial lighting systems a plus.
Additional Responsibilities 
  1. Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training. 
  2. Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls. 
  3. Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.
